Jodok

Co-Founder & CEO

After more than six years in ESG finance at Aberdeen Asset Management, Jodok founded the event-tech startup Evenito and scaled it into a profitable company with several million euros in ARR in Europe. He brings extensive expertise in finance, sustainability, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Peder

Co-Founder & CEO / CFO

Peder is our finance guru. He brings over a decade of deep expertise in structured finance and credit markets, including heading a multi-billion credit fund, and structuring and selling debt securities across European energy markets. He is passionate about credit risk and capital structures, which is as unusual as it is invaluable to Cloover.

Valentin

Co-Founder & CPO / COO

Trained as a lawyer, Valentin started building software products in 2016 by founding the startup Infinight. Passionate about building products and solving real problems, he now leads product and operations at Cloover as CPO and COO,

Vivek

CTO

Vivek is an engineer with a passion for developing scalable systems. With over 20 years of experience at SoundCloud, BCG X, and ThoughtWorks, he has built and led engineering teams. At Cloover, he contributes his expertise where technology makes the biggest difference – in climate protection.
