Unlike your traditional bank, Cloover requires no down payment, no credit check, and no land registry entry. Financing is fast, straightforward, and allows you to save immediately – all without tying up capital. Furthermore, you can adjust your monthly payment to suit your needs by modifying the loan term and amount during the digital checkout process.

How flexible is financing with Cloover?
You can choose a loan term of up to 25 years for heat pumps and 20 years for solar panels, so your monthly payment is as low as you need it to be. You can also make free extra repayments at any time. In difficult financial times, you can even suspend your payment for up to 3 months.

What happens if I want to pay it back early?
You can make extra repayments at any time free of charge, thus lowering your monthly payments or shortening the loan term - without additional costs.

What happens if my system breaks down or malfunctions?
If you have any problems, we are always available to help: Our regional partner companies will carry out repairs quickly and reliably.

What happens if I can no longer pay my monthly installment?
Cloover is there for you in case of job loss, illness, or other challenges. We offer flexible payment adjustments and the option to pause installments.

What happens if I need to carry out construction work on my roof?
No problem! We'll pause your subscription for up to 3 months during the construction phase. Furthermore, these costs can be factored into the plant construction and included in the financing.
